Description

The FG Series peristaltic pump heads are compact, single‑channel pump heads specifically developed for OEM applications and space‑critical systems. Their compact design and attractive appearance make them ideal for versatile integration solutions. A key feature of the FG Series is the innovative flip‑cover design, which allows particularly fast and convenient loading and replacement of tubing. The transparent viewing window in the flip cover enables easy monitoring of the operating status at any time.

The pump heads are equipped with a spring‑loaded tubing clamp that automatically and securely fixes different tubing sizes. The robust IXEF housing, combined with PA6 rollers, ensures stable pumping performance and reliable operation.

The FG15 uses tubing with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm and achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 2400 mL/min.

The FG25 is designed for tubing with a wall thickness of 2.4 mm and delivers flow rates of up to 2200 mL/min. The greater wall thickness provides increased mechanical stability, improved pressure resistance, and a longer tubing service life, particularly in continuous operation or in more mechanically demanding applications.
