Description

These magnetic micro gear pumps are precise delivery and dosing pumps for continuous flow applications as well as accurately controlled dosing processes. Thanks to flow and dosing modes, the pumps are ideally suited for laboratory, research, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications with high demands on accuracy and process stability.

They enable reproducible flow rates and dosing volumes even at elevated system pressures and are designed for reliable continuous operation.

Versions:

  • WT3000‑1FA: up to 8 bar
  • WT3000‑1FB: up to 14 bar

    These pumps offer two operating modes:

    • Flow mode for constant delivery of defined flow rates
    • Dosing mode for precise dispensing of specified single or batch volumes

    Thanks to the finely resolved speed control, both small dosing volumes and continuous flow rates can be achieved with high accuracy.

    Compatible pump heads and tubing connections

    The WT3000 Series is compatible with various micro gear pump heads, enabling different flow rate ranges and pressure levels. Depending on the pump head, flow performance, outlet pressure, and media temperature can be optimally adapted to the specific application.
