Description
The KZ Series OEM peristaltic pump heads were developed for compact assemblies, easy integration, and flexible control. Thanks to their small dimensions and robust design, they are ideally suited for OEM applications where space requirements, reliability, and ease of handling are key priorities. A central feature of the KZ Series is the flexible compression block, which allows quick and easy tubing loading and replacement with one hand only. This significantly simplifies maintenance and service—especially in confined installation spaces or in applications requiring frequent tubing changes.
The pump heads can be driven by stepper motors, DC motors, or AC motors, offering maximum flexibility for system integration. In addition, they provide good chemical resistance, making them suitable for a wide variety of media.
Depending on the version, the KZ Series is available with POM or PVDF housings and rollers.
For multi‑channel OEM solutions, up to four pump heads can be stacked, enabling a space‑saving implementation of parallel pumping processes.
- KZ10: 2 channels, maximum flow rate up to 104 mL/min
- KZ15: 1 channel, maximum flow rate up to 190 mL/min
