Diaphragm isolation valves with fluidic sensor monitoring

Detects when the solenoid valve needs to be replaced or when there are inconsistencies in the flow.

Description

Electrodes are installed in the valve body or manifold. By monitoring the electrical conductivity of the fluid, the sensors detect fluid leaks — for example, those caused by foreign objects — as well as flow irregularities at the valve seal, and send a feedback signal to the customer’s system. It can also detect liquid loss or the occurrence of air bubbles when the valve is open.

Early leak detection

By providing a function to monitor when valves need maintenance or replacement, the system contributes to the realization of remote management and predictive maintenance.
