Description
The B‑SD 001 is an extremely compact electronic pressure regulator designed for demanding applications with the highest requirements for accuracy, reproducibility, and control stability. Thanks to its very small form factor, it is particularly well suited for space‑constrained systems as well as mobile or integrated solutions.
An integrated microcontroller provides precise control of the outlet pressure using a PID algorithm. The control parameters can be adjusted via a digital UART interface or fully customized through user‑specific programming, for example in proprietary embedded environments or with Arduino‑compatible development tools.
The temperature‑compensated pressure measurement ensures stable measurement results even under fluctuating ambient conditions. By utilizing an absolute pressure sensor, the B‑SD 001 is suitable for both overpressure and vacuum applications.
Pressure regulation is achieved using proportional valve technology, enabling a very fine adjustment resolution of 1 mbar. The regulator is designed for air and inert gases; additional media may be used subject to verification of media compatibility.
Thanks to its unrestricted mounting orientation, low weight, and low power consumption, the B‑SD 001 is ideally suited for modern, energy‑efficient systems.
