RP-QII & RP-QIII - stepper motor peristaltic pump - Pump head exchangeable

Description
RP-QII / QIII peristaltic pump version with stepper motor for precise control of a wide flow range.
The exchangeable pump head can be sterilized. For example:
- Models with silicone tubes can be autoclaved at 121°C for 25 minutes, 1 time.
- All of the standard models below are capable of gamma sterilization with 25 kGy.
Pump head replacement is a one-time disposable.

- The difference between RP-QIIxxxx and RP-QIIIxxxx is the presence or absence of holes to fix the pump. If the xxxx part is the same, other specifications are the same.
- FKM-70 tubes are fluororubber tubes with excellent chemical and oil resistance. They can also be used with special solvents. (In the case of special solvents, prior testing is required.)
- TM-50 is a tube made of an olefin-based material that has low sorption and is also used for cell culture applications.
- The RP-QIIF and QIIIF series, which use small diameter tubes, have a discharge volume of approximately 3.2μL per rotation. By stopping the rotation at a specified number using a controller, it is an ideal pump for dispensing a fixed amount of several tens of μL.
Ring Pump - peristaltic pump system

Controller for Stepper Motor RingPumps
RE-C500/C501 Programmable Stepper Motor Controller RingPumps RP-HX, RP-TX, RP-QIIB/C & RP-QIIIB/C
A PC connected to the RE-C500 can control various pump operations.
Control 6 pumps with RE-C500 and up to 12 pumps by adding one RE-C501.
RE-C600 Programmable Stepper Motor Controller RingPumps RP-HX, RP-TX, RP-QIIB/C & RP-QIIIB/C
Various pump operation sequences can be programmed using a PC connected to the RE-C600.
