PKP Series micro‑dosing pump with an adjustable dosing range from 50–500 µL

Description

The PKP Series micro‑dosing pumps are designed for applications where very small delivery volumes must be dispensed with maximum precision. The maximum delivered volume is 500 µL, with the dosing stroke adjustable over a range of 50 to 500 µL per stroke. This makes the pump ideally suited for high‑precision dispensing and micro‑dosing processes.

The pump is driven by a DC solenoid actuator, which ensures a consistent and reproducible stroke motion and thus provides very high repeatability. The dosing volume can be precisely adjusted mechanically via a rear adjustment screw, allowing easy adaptation to different process requirements.

All wetted components are designed for high chemical resistance, ensuring reliable operation even with demanding or aggressive media.
