MCP Series micro‑dosing pump with an adjustable dosing range of 5–50 µL

Description

The MCP series micro‑dosing pump was specifically developed for applications that require high dosing accuracy with very small volumes. With a maximum delivered volume of 50 µL and an adjustable dosing range of 5 to 50 µL per stroke, the pump is ideally suited for precise dispensing and micro‑dosing tasks.

The pump is driven by a DC solenoid actuator, which ensures a reproducible stroke motion and therefore very high repeatability. The dosing volume can be finely adjusted mechanically via a rear adjustment screw, allowing easy adaptation to different process requirements.

All wetted components are designed for high chemical resistance.
