Description

The GF Series combines the advantages of a high-performance peristaltic pump with precise flow rate control. Unlike conventional speed-controlled pumps, the GF Series allows users to directly specify a desired flow rate or a defined dispensing volume. This makes it ideal for precise dosing, laboratory, and automation applications.

Precise Dispensing Instead of Simple Speed Control

The GF Series expands the functionality of the GS Series with direct flow rate and volume control. In addition to continuous pumping and timed dispensing, it offers a dedicated volume mode for accurately dispensing predefined liquid volumes. When used with an optional flow meter, the GF Series also supports automatic calibration and closed-loop control for maximum dispensing accuracy.

Precise Dispensing with Three Operating Modes

The GF Series features an intuitive 3.5-inch color touchscreen. Different operating modes are immediately recognizable through distinct color schemes, improving usability and reducing operator errors.

Continuous Pumping Mode (Blue)

In Continuous Mode, a constant flow rate or pump speed is maintained. The blue user interface clearly indicates continuous operation at a glance.

Timed Dispensing Mode (Violet)

For recurring dispensing processes, run time, interval time, and the number of cycles can be freely defined. The purple interface makes it easy to distinguish this mode from continuous pumping operation.

Volume Dispensing Mode (Orange)

In Single Volume Mode, a precisely defined target volume is dispensed. The orange interface clearly identifies this high-precision operating mode.

Closed-Loop Control for Maximum Accuracy

A key feature of the GF Series is the ability to connect an optional flow meter. This allows the pump to monitor the actual flow rate and automatically adjust its operation as needed. Variations caused by tubing wear, back pressure, or changes in the fluid system are automatically compensated for, ensuring consistently accurate dosing performance.
