dLSP 501X Series – Split Syringe Pumps for High‑Precision Micro‑ and Nanofluidics

Modular high‑precision syringe pumps with external drive unit, touchscreen controller, and RS485 control.

dLSP 501X Series – Split‑Syringe Pumps
dLSP 501X Series – Split‑Syringe Pump Unit

Description

The dLSP 501X Series split syringe pumps are designed for applications where the highest precision, minimal footprint, and maximum system flexibility are required. By physically separating the controller and the drive unit, even complex experimental setups can be implemented in a space‑saving manner—ideal for handheld devices and clamping systems.

The series enables highly precise, low‑pulsation fluid delivery from the nano‑ to milliliter range, with real‑time adjustment of the flow rate during both infusion and withdrawal.

Key features

  • Digital split design with external drive unit for compact and flexible system integration
  • Highly precise, low‑pulsation fluid delivery for extremely small liquid volumes
  • Very wide flow rate range – from below 0.01 nL/min to over 90 mL/min (model‑dependent)
  • 7″ HD touchscreen controller for simultaneous control of up to 4 drive units
  • RS485 interface with Modbus RTU, PLC‑compatible – up to 40 drive units independently controllable
  • Comprehensive programming functions (constant, ramp, delay, repeat, multi‑profile operation)
  • Real‑time adjustment of the flow rate during operation
  • User management with three access levels and password protection
  • Logbook and electronic signature to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
  • High syringe compatibility from 0.5 µL up to 60 mL, depending on drive unit type

Model overview

The dLSP 501X Series includes multiple drive units designed for different force and volume ranges:

  • dLSP 501S – ultra‑compact, ideal for microfluidics (0.5–250 µL)
  • dLSP 501L – extended volume range up to 1 mL
  • dLSP 501W – high force version, supports syringes from 5 µL to 60 mL
  • dLSP uC – powerful controller for multi‑drive unit systems
